  • To conduct the day-to-day tasks and duties with the utmost respect and concern for each person's feelings, sensibilities fears and hopes, taking care to treat them as individuals and equals.
  • To work closely with other health and social care professionals to ensure that the individual receives a needs led and value based service.
  • To promote the provision of an independent advocacy for the individual.
  • To provide an accessible environment, equipped with everyday items for all to use, despite any physical hindrance they may have.
  • To maintain a highly trained, dedicated and enthusiastic support care team.
