• The regular individual supervision and appraisal of staff.
• Systematic cycle of planning, action and review, as published in our annual business plan.

To achieve this, our systems are monitored by our Director of Nursing and Care against the Care Standards Act and Care Home Regulations for each of the care homes within the group.
